Everlasting-Blue

Lately I've been in a drawing craze. I think that I'm improving to! I don't really have anything to do, but draw so I better use my time wisely. I'll be posted a couple of things tomorrow. Hopefully I'll have some finished pieces sooner or later. I also got a Facebook recently and have reconnected with a lot of my old high school friends. It's been so much fun!!
My friend is also working on a new comic. It's going to be really interesting and funny from what she's told me so far. I can't say anything about it right now and it won't be up for a long time. Keep a lookout for info about it. I promise you won't be disappointed! If she wants me to I'll post info here and if not I'll link you guys to wherever she decides to post her work.

Just WOW. The last time I updated was like fifteen months ago. Well a lot of stuff has happened, I finished my first semester at CSU Stanislaus and soon after was diagnosed with T-cell lymphoma. It's a blood/pediatric cancer, it's treated like leukemia. I went into the ER with a collapsed lung and came out with cancer. I went into remission right away after beginning treatment. It's been a long and hard road this past year, but I'm happy to say that I'm in the final stage of treatment. I still have until January 2011 before chemo is done D; For now I still have to go to chemo once a month and blood draws once a week. Other side-effects, like gagging still bother me, and I'm not up to my full strength yet, but otherwise I'm feeling great!

Now that's out of the way I have some better news. Since I have all of this time before I start school again in the fall I've decide to do something with my time. I'm going back to writing or should I say back to trying to write. I have a story idea that I worked on way back when, but nothing came from it. So with some motivation from I thought why not? I'm changing it up a bit and improving the storyline from what I had. So once I have something finished that I'm happy with I hope to post it! Look forward to that and please try to ignore my terrible writing. If I'm lucky will post some of her drawings of my characters! Thanks for reading and I hope I'll have some stuff done soon!

So since my last entry I've been in college for about...a month. I very happy here at my new home, CSU Stanislaus!! All of my classes and professors are great. My roommates are the best I could ask for and I glad to report that I adjusting here very nicely.

Well enough about that, I thought that I'd update my journal since I posted some new stuff. Some writing and a new pic for my ID. Mostly because I'm just ignoring my homework like any other procrastinator. Okay I think that's it...

I wish I had more to write/talk about, but whatever.

I actually submitted a sorta finished digital piece!!!! Now that I'm playing around with OpenCanvas with my bestest buddy in the whole wide world and messing around with it by myself, I'm getting really inspired. Not only that but I'm starting to work on my style of drawing i.e. expressions, head shape and now anatomy!!! Some big inspirations for me at the moment are here on DA actually and I'm really grateful to them for being such spectacular artists~! So look out everybody I might actually become a artist yet!!

I'm kinda bored today and just felt like updating my journal. I have nothing to do with school being out and all. Yay, for graduating from high school! I think I'll try working on the comics I'm working on with my buddy TwixSchitz. Bye?
